The app will allow users to: - Complete their onboarding tasks - Chat live with an HR or IT support team member - Create new HR cases or IT requests - Report problems to IT or HR - Complete self-service items—such as direct deposit or address change - Review all GMR policies, and the GMR Employee Handbook - Approve of ServiceNow requests
